   Works well.
   The cubical gummies are easy to chew and have a pleasant blueberry taste. They recommend a daily dose of 2 gummies. I have not had any bad side effects from taking them.

   Too soon to know how effective, but tastes good!
   This seems to have good ingredients, and the taste is great. Obviously it will take some time to see if it helps liver function; I will be checking that in 3 months, and I’ll post again if there are changes. For a month supply, seems like a good value.

   I take milk thistle on and off along with TUDCA to promote and enhance liver health. It has been a little while since I have done a month long cycle so I purchased this simple gummy formulation to make it easy for me. They taste pretty good, a tiny bit sour but overall like blueberry. I like that these are sugar free (sweetened with stevia) and all of the other ingredients are also very good. They are made with non-GMO products, they are shaped like little cubes and have a good pectin-based gummy texture. The recommended dose it 2 gummies daily and there are 60 in the bottle (30 day supply). I have been taking these at night with a majority of my other supplements. The price is pretty good too, they currently are offering a coupon. I like to try to take care of my liver because I take some medications and I think this product is a great way to support it even further beyond eating right.

   Very tasty supplement!
   I take a variety of gummy supplements and this is definitely one of the better tasting ones. I wish they’d use real sugar and pectin instead of stevia or fake sugar, but I understand why and I’m probably in the minority. Still, this one has a much better flavor than many of the others — sweet, but with a bit of sour too that’s nice. Milk thistle is great for you too. Highly recommended.

   I was looking to get more milk thistle in my daily supplements and this has worked out great. It is reasonably priced, it tastes great and is easy to chew. It is 500 mg, so appropriate for what I needed. I especially like that it has stevia instead of sugar.

    First of all the taste is great which is very important in a supplement you have to chew. The consistency is nice and they don’t seem to be sticking together very much like some gummy supplements can do. They are little cubes which I find cool as someone who has tried many gummy vitamins it’s the first time I have seen one in a perfect little cube shape. The dose of Tudca is good too. My previous Tudca supplements were on 250mg so these being higher is helpful and makes the bottle last longer. Not to mention the added milk thistle bonus.

    I like this supplement in gummy form. it’s a great way to detox your liver while easy to digest and really clean your system out. They taste great too abs all you need is 2 daily. They don’t make your stomach feel upset or bloated which is also nice for those with sensitive stomaches. These are noticeably effective with regular use .

    I received “Well&Whole TUDCA 1000mg Gummies with Milk Thistle 500mg – Liver Health Aid for Detox and Cleanse – Tudca Bile Salts Supplement – Vegan, Non GMO, Gluten-Free, 60 Counts.” The gummies came well sealed in a narrow-mouth plastic bottle. The expiration date on my batch is almost two years in the future. I appreciate that these are sweetened with stevia instead of sugar. They have a strong grape smell. The gummies are in basic square shapes and are quite firm. They taste sweet and tangy, with a flavor that reminds me of bubblegum for some reason.

    These blueberry flavored Tudca and Milk Thistle gummies for possible liver health support are soft, easy to chew and swallow, and feature no digestive issues after taking them. Possible digestive issues were the source of some concern prior to my beginning this supplement regimen. There are 60 gummies in each bottle, and with a 2 gummy serving size, that equals a one month supply. Each serving contains 500mg of Milk Thistle (the main reason I am taking this particular supplement), and 1000mg of Tudca.

    Tudca (tauroursodeoxycholic acid), better known as bile salts, reputedly supports gallbladder health, may improve digestion, may assist in promoting kidney health, and may support the restoration of the integrity of damaged liver cells. Tudca is a well-known traditional ingredient that’s apparently been used for decades to perhaps boost liver health.

    Milk thistle contains, as its active ingredient, Silymarin, which may be beneficial in protecting the liver from both acute and chronic exposure to toxins. It also may help to support the liver’s antioxidant defenses, as this organ is consistently exposed to a wide variety of damaging free radicals in its day-to-day functioning.

    I love TUDCA and I have never seen it in a gummy before. I loveeeee gummies because the less capsules, the better. Besides gummies are usually tasty and a much more fun way to supplement. I also think it’s great that they’ve added some milk thistle in addition to the TUDCA, nice touch. I like that they’re using stevia as the sweetener and not other unhealthy ones. Great price, would totally get again.
